Energy Field Healing

What is it and how does it work?
Energy field healing (EFH) works through the human energy field or, as you may know it, the aura. It works in the area surrounding the body to rebalance, realign and clear blocked, stagnant and non-serving energies which are impeding the natural flow and energy (chi, ki, prana or life force).
In the field there can be evidence of mental patterning, trauma, tearing, excess energies or negative thought forms which can be held in the field long after we have dealt with the event which caused them. By ensuring smooth flow in the field, chakras and central channel, balance and harmony can be restored. In turn this will affect the physical body, restoring health and well-being.
When we are in a good state of health the field has flow, balance and buoyancy. This allows energy and information to filter down unhampered from the outer layers of the field and into the physical body via the chakras (energy centres).
The energy field surrounds and penetrates the physical body and contains within it the information necessary for us to access health and well-being. This is known as the Divine Blueprint.
The purpose of the field is to monitor our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. It acts as a memory bank for all of life's experiences (past and present), and it is a communication system between ourselves and the outer world. Think, for example, of when we meet someone for the first time and immediately feel drawn to them. We feel comfortable and at ease, for no apparent reason. This is our energy fields communicating and resonating at similar frequencies.
Energy field healers have developed skills to inter-act with and become sensitive to the energy field, so they are able to detect and clear at a "causal" level. This means that which is "causing" illness and disease. Often 6-9 months after trauma - physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, the body will begin to show signs that all is not well.

NB: This therapy is not suitable during pregnancy, since the consciousness of the child is in development at this time. This therapy is not suitable for those who suffer with epilepsy, since the movement of energies can be problematic, nor for those who have a pacemaker fitted.

How can this help me, what are the benefits?
This is a suitable therapy for anyone who recognises the need to heal on a deeper level; that working with the symptom is not the answer to their needs.
By clearing the debris that we have accumulated through life experience, we are able to move forward with our lives, become aware of our life purpose - the very reason why we are here - and empower ourselves to make any necessary changes in our lives.
It can be beneficial for any complaint on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level, since it deals with the priority cause of the imbalance.
For those who are suffering from a chronic complaint, it may be recommended to have 4 sessions over 4 consecutive days, although this is not generally the case.
It is suitable for all age groups, children included, since they will often take on the issues of their parents.

As the consciousness of our planet rises, and that of humanity, many people are being called to work on a much deeper level with aspects of themselves that they recognise are no longer serving their highest purpose. This may be in terms of belief systems, family patterning/dynamics/bloodlines or karma from past lives and relationships. If we are in pain or in a state of illness, this is our physical body telling us that there is something we need to look at. Rebalancing energy in the home, workplace or land
Space Clearing is used to cleanse the home/workplace and the land on which they are built. This technique, alongside energy field healing, can be invaluable to our physical well being. Both the land and our buildings have energy centres and these can become blocked and closed just like the subtle bodies that surround the physical body. There are instances where the physical body will suffer disease as a direct result of poor, non-serving energies from the earth and our homes, particularly illnesses such as ME.

Disruption to the energy of our homes etc can be caused by negative energies from past trauma - emotional, physical, mental, modern technology and interference from electromagnetic frequencies causing geopathic stress etc. These create energy traces (which we can be likened to an energy recording). These can become chaotic in nature due to trauma and since the laws of the universe state that "like attracts like", further "chaotic" energy, in the form of further events, can be drawn in. There could also be karma on the land, which needs to be re-balanced and cleared. This can cause what you might call "stuckness" in the energy and this can be reflected on a physical level as illness, lack of prosperity, or a lack of potential in one's life. Energy grids and ley lines can also be part of the problem. We therefore need to transform these patterns back into Divine Right Order, which can be achieved with similar techniques to EFH.
